Set Yourself Up for Success

Have snacks, water, and all the required supplies within arms reach at all times. You will have to use these supplies at various times throughout the training. 

Find a quiet place with few distractions. Position yourself in good lighting so the instructor can see you and the skills you are preforming clearly. You may need to occasionally reposition your camera. Do not position a strong source of light behind you. You will also need space to perform scenarios on your volunteer patient.
