WILDERNESS CPR & BLS

Base Medical’s Wilderness CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) programs are designed specifically for emergencies in remote and austere environments.

Our Wilderness CPR course prepares lay responders, outdoor leaders, and community members to manage cardiac arrest situations when professional help may be delayed. Such situations include drowning, avalanche burial, lightning strike, and more.

For Search & Rescue professionals, outdoor guides, and advanced responders, our Wilderness and Austere BLS program delivers higher-level team-based resuscitation training aligned with the realities of prolonged field care.

Both programs include a standard American Red Cross certification, combining nationally recognized credentials with wilderness-specific application.
