Instructor Feedback

We value feedback at Base Medical and we believe that compassionate, clear, and empowering feedback is crucial to individual and company growth. While we encourage all instructors to share feedback directly with one another, we also provide resources for that feedback to be collected and heard by the Base Medical team. Below you will find guidelines and links to our feedback forms. Thank you for taking time to submit feedback and helping us improve!

Candidate Feedback

Candidate feedback is a crucial part of the instructor mentorship and training process. Mentorship courses are ones in which candidates participate and help a lead instructor teach a wilderness medicine practical training. If a candidate joins you for one of your courses, please follow the link below for instructions on providing candidate feedback and our candidate evaluation form.

Instructor Feedback

Instructor feedback is always welcome, whether it’s constructive or positive. We want to hear about successes and we want to be involved in helping instructors grow. Instructor feedback is optional but know that all feedback shared with the Base Medical team is carefully reviewed. Please follow the link below to share instructor feedback, whether you’re an experienced instructor with dozens of classes under your belt, or an instructor candidate just joining the team!
