Base Medical offers a variety of pricing options to meet the unique needs of your group. The prices listed may vary depending on the organization.
All Base Medical training is delivered in a hybrid format, with 8-hours of online lectures followed by a one day (8-hour) hands-on training session. Students must complete the online lectures and pass the final exam prior to attending the hands-on training to receive certification. The online lectures are self-paced and completion is the students responsibility.
Base Medical currently offers WFA certification only. WFR certification is coming soon!

***The pricing options below are for volunteer, non-profit, or public service groups within the state of Oregon. Base Medical is able to offer this price for organizations that can provide a training facility. Training facility options maybe available through Base Medical – contact us for more information.***
Option 1: Large Group Purchase
$2,500
This is an upfront, fixed price paid by the organization. No minimum number of students required. Maximum 20 students. Hands-on training completed in one day.
$4,000
This is an upfront, fixed price paid by the organization. Maximum 40 students,. The hands-on course is 20 students per day over 2 days. No minimum number of students.
Group sizes of more than 40 students can be accommodated and will require a separate training days or additional instructors. For example: For groups of 80 students, four separate training days will be scheduled with 20 students per day with two instructors per day.

Payment and Course Policies
Course completion and attendance is the student's responsibility. There will be no refund for those who do not complete the online course before the given deadline.
Students who do complete the online course on time and cannot attend the hands on course for any reason (illness, weather, etc) may enroll in a future hands on course at no additional cost within one year from their originally scheduled hands on course.
We recommend that you communicate with your members that the course will require eight hours of online learning prior to attending the training day. This policy is clearly stated in the course itself.

Cancellation Policy
- A course maybe cancelled by the sponsor in writing with 3 weeks notice for a 50% refund.
- Rescheduling the hands on training day is possible with advanced notice.
- Base Medical reserves the right to cancel a hands on course due to weather, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Base Medical will work with the organization to reschedule the course at a mutually agreed upon time.
